Ruchica Gupta serves is the Chairperson and Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited since July 7, 2014. In this role, she provides strategic guidance and oversight, leveraging her extensive expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive sustainable growth.

With over 15 years of experience as a lecturer at the University of Delhi, she has established a distinguished career trajectory, holding various roles in corporate training and consultancy. Her focus areas encompass organization development, change management, and leadership motivation. Notably, she has contributed to the Expert Committee Board at IGNOU, where she was instrumental in launching various educational programs.

Ruchica holds an M.Phil. from the University of Delhi and a bachelor’s degree from Lady Shri Ram College. She is also a prolific writer, having authored nearly 40 articles on management topics. Outside of her professional endeavors, she manages her own consulting organization and is known for her go-getter attitude and belief in continuous evolution.

Nitesh Bansal serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of R Systems. In this role, he drives strategic initiatives and oversees operations, leveraging 25 years of experience in digital and product engineering services across various industry verticals and geographies.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification and an engineer by profession, Nitesh spent over 23 years at Infosys, where he last held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Engineering Services, managing a $1 billion P&L and a global workforce of 12,000. His passion for Cloud, AI, Automation, Physical Digital Convergence, IoT, and 5G is focused on generating business value for clients. He has served on numerous prestigious councils and advisory boards, including the World Economic Forum’s Global Futures Council for Advanced Manufacturing, and has represented India at various bilateral forums.

Committed to social causes, Nitesh actively supports education for girl children and mid-day meal programs in India.

Mukesh Mehta is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone Private Equity Group, based in Mumbai. In this role, Mukesh plays a crucial part in driving significant transactions, including the acquisitions of VFS Global, Busybees Logistics Solutions, and Simplilearn Solutions.

His professional background includes serving as an Associate Director with The Carlyle Group’s Private Equity division, as well as roles in Citigroup’s Investment Banking Division and Price Waterhouse Cooper’s Assurance & Business Advisory Group. Mukesh’s expertise in private equity and financial advisory services significantly contributes to Blackstone’s operations in India.

Mukesh holds a master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University and is a Chartered Accountant and CFA charter holder. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mukesh is committed to making a positive impact in his community, engaging in various philanthropic activities.

Amit Dalmia is a Senior Managing Director on the Blackstone Operating Team, based in Mumbai. With over 25 years of experience, Amit has a strong track record in leading businesses and creating value across diverse sectors. He is responsible for shaping Blackstone’s business strategy in Asia, overseeing fundraising, new investments, and strategic improvements across portfolio companies.

Amit holds a B.Com. (Hons.) from St. Xavier’s College, University of Kolkata, and is a triple-qualified professional with credentials as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and Cost Accountant (ICWA). He has earned gold medals for achieving top national rankings in all three disciplines. Under Amit’s leadership, Blackstone India has emerged as one of the firm’s best-performing geographies globally.

Outside of work, Amit is a fitness enthusiast who participates in ultra-marathons and has completed the challenging Comrades 87 km uphill run in South Africa.

Animesh Agrawal is a Managing Director in Blackstone Private Equity Group, based in Mumbai. Since joining Blackstone in 2014, Animesh has played a key role in several significant investments, particularly in the technology-enabled services and consumer derivative sectors. He currently serves as a Director of EPL Limited and PGP Glass.

Animesh’s expertise and leadership in identifying investment opportunities have been instrumental in driving Blackstone’s growth in the region. His educational background, combined with his experience as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, has provided him with valuable strategic insights that enhance his contributions to the private equity sector.

Animesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was recognized as a Siebel Scholar and an Arjay Miller Scholar.

Kapil Dhameja is a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited, a position he has held since June 2016. In his role at R Systems, Kapil brings valuable insights from his diverse professional background. His experience in both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship enriches the R Systems board, contributing to the company’s strategic direction

Kapil has over 10 years of experience at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, where he held various leadership positions across Southeast Asia, including Country Head. His last corporate role involved heading Sales & Demand Planning for India, demonstrating his expertise in sales and strategic planning.

He holds a B.Tech. from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. Pursuing his passion for wellness, Kapil transitioned from the corporate world to establish a wellness products and services company, which now owns one of the largest spa chains in the country.

Aditya Wadhwa serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited, a position he has held since June 2016. In his current role, Aditya brings a wealth of legal expertise to R Systems, offering valuable insights on legal matters, shaping the company’s strategic direction and governance, and ensuring compliance in a competitive market.

Aditya is a partner at Wadhwa Law Chambers, where his practice areas encompass business and commercial law, civil and criminal law, and arbitration law. His diverse legal experience enables him to navigate complex legal landscapes, enhancing the board’s understanding of regulatory and compliance issues.

He is a law graduate from NALSAR University and a member of the Delhi State Bar Council.

As Chief Operating Officer, Avirag leads core strategic priorities, including delivery excellence, internal technology enablement, profitability initiatives, and the expansion of Global Capability Centres. Avirag has been a key member of R Systems since 1997, driving growth and innovation across the organization. He has led global delivery for DOS and Embedded Systems and previously served as Chief Technology Officer. With over 29 years of extensive experience, he has successfully managed large on-site, off-site, and offshore projects in the banking, telecom, and healthcare sectors. Avirag is a skilled technocrat with a unique blend of managerial, interpersonal, and customer-focused skills.

Before joining R Systems, he worked with Modi Olivetti and Usha India. He is a frequent speaker at national and international forums and has authored several white papers on the outsourcing industry.

He holds a science degree and an MBA in finance and international business from IMT Ghaziabad, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. Avirag has earned several certifications in various technology and management disciplines.

Nand Sardana serves as the Chief Financial Officer at R Systems, having joined the company in 2000. With over 30 years of experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising, Nand has been instrumental in various strategic initiatives. Notably, he managed R Systems’ initial public offering in 2006 and has played a key role in multiple mergers and acquisitions globally.

Before joining R Systems, Nand gained valuable experience working with various consultancy organizations, where he honed his skills in financial strategy and operational efficiency. His qualifications include being a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Company Secretary, demonstrating his deep understanding of financial regulations and corporate governance.

Nand holds both a graduate and a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi, equipping him with a strong academic foundation to complement his professional accomplishments.

Arun Raghavapudi serves as the Chief Customer Officer at R Systems, bringing 25 years of industry experience across various verticals. In his role, Arun is dedicated to driving growth at R Systems. He is passionate about leveraging technology to create client value and exploring the endless possibilities that technology-driven business and societal change can offer.

His career is distinguished by diverse business-building roles in both large and medium-sized firms and across different geographies.

Arun holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Trichy (1994), and an MBA in Systems and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta (1998).

Sanjay Sahay is a visionary leader in marketing, serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at R Systems. He aims to use his entrepreneurial spirit and digital expertise to elevate the brand, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technological advancements. With a focus on advancing R Systems’ market presence and revenue, Sanjay is poised to drive the company’s continued success and innovation.

With over two decades of extensive experience, he has strategically managed P&L responsibilities, tech marketing, and go-to-market strategies across startups and major corporations. Sanjay is recognized for his significant contributions to transforming B2B marketing by crafting digital-first organizations that enhance customer engagement and drive brand growth.

His innovative marketing approaches have earned him accolades, including recognition as a top 50 digital marketer by the CMO Council, the Sophisticated B2B Marketing award from LinkedIn, and the CX Maven Award from Adobe. He is also dedicated to mentoring emerging startups and utilizing cutting-edge educational insights, as proven by his completion of advanced programs like the Disruptive Strategy Course from Harvard Business School.

Satyadeep Mishra is a Business Human Resources Leader with over two decades of experience in leading high-performing teams and crafting innovative HR strategies. In his role at R Systems; he works closely with the executive team to align people initiatives with the company’s goals, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity. His focus on implementing people-centric strategies aims to create an environment where employees can thrive and drive business success.

Satyadeep’s background includes design thinking from large organizations such as Barclays, NatWest Group, Infosys, and Microsoft, along with agility and execution focus gained from fast-paced startups like Jio Platforms, OYO, and CleverTap.

By promoting continuous development and engagement, he seeks to ensure that talent remains the driving force behind R Systems’ growth, leveraging his extensive experience in product and engineering-led companies.

Srikara Rao serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Cloud and Cyber Security Services at R Systems. In this role, he leads the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance cloud infrastructure, fortify digital networks, and strengthen IT security measures. Srikara drives initiatives to optimize service management processes, ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.

With extensive experience in industries such as BFSI, manufacturing, and healthcare, he possesses deep technical expertise in cloud services, IT security, and service management. Srikara spearheads strategic initiatives in finOps, migration, security, and hyperscaler alignment. He also oversees consulting and professional services, global services, hybrid workplaces, and digital networks, consistently driving innovation and operational excellence.

Srikara holds a degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Visveswaraya College of Engineering in Bengaluru, India. He has also completed the Lead – X program at Harvard Business Publishing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and close friends.

Shardul Sangal serves as Co-Chief Delivery Officer at R Systems, bringing over 29 years of experience in Global Delivery, Business Transformation, and Digital Engineering. He is responsible for the global delivery of key verticals such as MRL, Services, Banking, and Telecom. With a deep focus on innovation, customer-centricity, and operational efficiency, Shardul is well-positioned to drive R Systems’ strategic growth goals.

With a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar P&L, leading Merger & Acquisition integrations, and enhancing client satisfaction through digital solutions, Shardul’s career is marked by successful transformations and operational excellence across global geographies. He has a strong background in leading high-performing teams and optimizing operations at companies like Wipro and Infogain.

His leadership style emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a strong focus on mentoring teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions while ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement across the organization.

Ashok Chawla is Co-Chief Delivery Officer at R Systems, playing an important role in both ongoing delivery as well as new pursuits. He brings over 26 years of experience in software design, development, and delivery management. With his tech-first leadership and intrapreneurial experience, he has scaled delivery units from the ground up into multi-million-dollar P&Ls.
Ashok’s remarkable career has been defined by his ability to implement innovative approaches that redefine service excellence and consistently exceed customer expectations. Ashok has made significant contributions to product and platform engineering, IP creation, and outsourced development across various domains and geographies.

Before joining R Systems, he played an instrumental role in growing the Product and Platform Engineering business at Xoriant.
Ashok’s leadership is centred around building high-performing teams. He has a proven track record in retaining top performers, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Outside of his professional commitments, Ashok is deeply invested in education and mentorship. He actively supports initiatives that empower underprivileged communities and advance STEM education.

Sidhartha Dubey serves as Chief Information Security Officer and Vice President at R Systems. He oversees the organization’s Information Security practices, controls and certifications, while he championing digital learning initiatives, and spearheading the strategic growth of the Mexico Delivery Center to enhance global operations.

Sidhartha brings over 20 years of global experience in the technology space, currently heading the Analytics and Knowledge Services functions within the company.

Previously, he worked for companies such as GE and Patni Computers, where he played a key role in designing and successfully implementing large-scale projects across various markets and geographies.

Sidhartha holds a postgraduate degree from the University of Delhi and has completed an Executive Management Program from IIM Bangalore. He is also certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt.

Raluca Rusu has served as the CEO of R Systems Europe since 2014, overseeing the worldwide business development and operations across the USA, Europe, and Asia. In her leadership role, Raluca is responsible for driving business growth with various customers and establishing teams and new offices for service delivery.

She holds a strong technical background, joining R Systems Europe in 2002 as a Software Engineer. Over the years, Raluca has held various technical and managerial positions, including Head of Development and Chief Operating Officer, demonstrating her versatility and leadership capabilities.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Politehnica University of Bucharest and a diploma in Company Direction from the UK Institute of Directors, which complements her extensive experience and strategic vision for R Systems.
